Delivery Information

When you receive your delivery, please check your order carefully before signing the delivery note. Your 7starfoam.com products should be delivered to you in perfect condition. You have the right to refuse the items if they show any signs of damage.

Deliveries are made within 2 to 4 working days (Saturday to Thursday) after you place your order, if the production schedule allows it. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery if you are located outside major city limits. Delivery charges may apply outside major city limits. We use an external transportation service for our deliveries. If your order is delayed or incomplete, kindly contact us and we will correct this as a matter of urgency.
